I had a tough time finding a realtor that I thought was a "real pro." Rob was the THIRD realtor I used in LBK and he was just great and just that...a real pro. Of course he did a wonderful job of tracking properties and searching out potential properties that fit our criteria. But once we found one, he was a terrific negotiator and I had complete confidence in him to get the deal done in OUR favor.But our deal got complicated as we were supposed to close just as a hurricane was about to hit LBK.With closing delayed, Rob always had our interests as his top priority to make sure we were protected every step of the way. He stood firm against the listing agent multiple times. He literally checked on our property almost daily, either calling me or face-timing me to be sure I was comfortable that our unit was secure.
